For the convenience of following round 1 of this boxing match, you could replace the Microsoft Response Point phone system with the myriad other IP Pbx systems like the Fonality PBXtra, TrixBox, Asterisk, Talkswitch and numerous hosted IP Pbx solutions out there.

    IP PBX Business Phone Systems do offer the flexibility of connecting your analog or landlines if you are still allergic to VOIP Lines.

    Which is great. Because an IP PBX offers lots more features and full scalability at the same entry level price for a similarly configured key or traditional phone system. The key words are “same entry level price”. Yes, I don’t think IP PBX Phone systems are cheaper than key / traditional phone systems. (more…)
